Refund & Cancellation Policy

We aim to ensure your satisfaction. However, due to the nature of digital learning, we offer limited refunds as outlined below.

1. Cancellations

Once a course is purchased, cancellation is not possible as access is granted immediately.

2. Refunds

Refunds are considered only:

  • If there is a technical failure from our end preventing access within 48 hours
  • If the same course was purchased twice accidentally

3. Refund Process

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days. The amount will be credited to the original payment method.

4. How to Request

Email us at support@upliftedu.in with your:

  • Full name
  • Transaction ID
  • Reason for refund

5. Non-Refundable Items

The following items are non-refundable:

  • Courses accessed or partially completed
  • Digital materials that have been downloaded
  • One-on-one tutoring sessions that have been conducted
  • Subscription services after the first 48 hours

6. Processing Time

Refund requests are typically reviewed within 3-5 business days. If approved, the refund will be processed within 5-7 working days from the approval date.

7. Payment Method Refunds

Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used for the purchase. In cases where the original payment method is no longer available, alternative arrangements may be made on a case-by-case basis.
